QUERY is the Customer Care Network that allows consumers to communicate quickly with companies, without looking for emails or phone numbers anymore!
The software allows the registered user to open a Query with the companies that have joined the service.
Opening of the Query is very simple! You can do it by selecting the company within the App or simply by reading the QR code on the product or package.
Once the assistance is completed, the company can close the Query and the user can vote for the service received.
